ABOUT THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:

Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support

Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service

Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products

Coach and mentor your team

Provide stock feedback and manage inventory

Have the ability to work a roster between the hours of 6am - 9pm

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded retail manager who has proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams. You will have:

The ability to lead by example and effectively coach and develop team

A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits

Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience

High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships

Strong business acumen and the desire to develop your career in retail
