The Role

As our Immigration Law Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless visa support for a range of clients which are seeking primarily employer-sponsored visas (think Subclass 482, 186, and sometimes the creatively complicated).

You’ll assist in full-spectrum case management, juggling tight deadlines, shifting client needs, and the occasional curveball. You'll be working closely with Migration Agents, clients, and global talent so confidence, clarity, and a calm head under pressure are key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the preparation and lodgement of employer-sponsored visa applications

Managing deadlines, documentation, and client communication

Using Migration Manager to track, manage, and optimise cases as well as ClickUp for Daily management.

Liaising with clients directly on the phone to keep things moving

Helping build the operational backbone of our boutique agency

About You

✔️ Previous experience in immigration law or a legal/admin support role
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication—friendly, clear, professional
✔️ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (we’re talking visa-detail levels of precise)
✔️ Client-facing confidence so you're not afraid to pick up the phone, ask the right questions, and spot an issue before it becomes a problem
✔️ Familiarity with Migration Manager
✔️ A strong sense of ownership and pride in getting the job done right
✔️ Bonus points for experience with corporate clients or tech/startup environments
