With a growing client base and strong referral network, we are looking for a motivated Lead Conveyancer to take charge, manage files independently, and help drive the next stage of our growth.

The Role

As our Lead Conveyancer, you will manage a wide range of conveyancing matters from start to finish, be able to provide guidance to junior staff, and be the main point of contact for clients, agents, and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing files.

Providing expert legal and procedural advice to clients.

Reviewing, drafting, and lodging contracts and property documents.

Overseeing compliance with trust account and regulatory requirements.

Building strong relationships with referral partners and clients.

Mentoring and supporting junior conveyancers and assistants.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

A current Conveyancer’s Licence in Victoria.

Minimum 2–5 years’ experience running conveyancing files independently.

Strong knowledge of PEXA, Duties Online, LEAP (or similar software).

Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.

The ability to work independently and lead a small team.
