We’re a well-established law firm in the heart of Mornington, specialising in property law. With a growing client base and strong referral network, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Conveyancer to manage files independently and contribute to our continued growth.

The Role
As Senior Conveyancer, you’ll handle end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing matters, act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle conveyancing files

Draft, review, and lodge contracts and documents

Ensure compliance with trust and regulatory requirements

Maintain strong client and referral relationships

Guide and support junior team members

About You

2-5+ years’ experience managing conveyancing files independently

Proficient in PEXA and Evolve Go (or similar)

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills

Confident working autonomously and leading a small team
