We're working with several highly regarded law firms across Victoria - from boutique practices to well-established mid-tiers - all looking to expand their conveyancing teams. Each firm offers a supportive, culture-driven environment where professional development and upskilling are genuinely encouraged.

Whether you're an experienced Conveyancer or a Conveyancing Clerk with 4+ years' experience, there are opportunities available now and others that can wait out a notice period.

The Role
In these positions, you'll manage end-to-end conveyancing transactions with exposure to both residential and commercial property. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and reviewing contracts, drafting documents, and opening files

Conducting due diligence checks and searches

Drafting correspondence, transfers, and settlement statements

Liaising with clients, banks, financiers, and regulatory bodies

Managing Duties Online & coordinating PEXA settlements

About You
To succeed, you'll bring:

A minimum of 4 years' conveyancing experience (residential and/or commercial)

Strong knowledge of PEXA and Duties Online

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

A proactive, detail-oriented approach and ability to work independently
