The Claim Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the claims process from initiation through resolution. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, insurers, and internal departments, ensuring claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and process incoming insurance claims.

Liaise with clients, insurance providers, adjusters, and other stakeholders.

Gather and organise required documentation to support claims.

Track and follow up on claim statuses, keeping all parties informed.

Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases.

Identify potential issues or delays and escalate as necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and privacy laws.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proven experience in insurance claims, administration, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of insurance terminology and claims procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.

This position is initially a maternity leave replacement, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
