Are you passionate about helping people and delivering great outcomes? We’re looking for a Property Claims Specialist to join our supportive and growing Client Services team, where you’ll create certainty for clients by delivering prompt, thorough, and fair claims support.

The Details:

Salary: $84k – $95k + super

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm

Location: Richmond office (full-time onsite required during training, the hybrid working available)

What you’ll be doing:

Managing end-to-end property claims in line with delegated authority levels and company processes.

Authorising claims and working closely with clients to ensure a smooth experience.

Liaising with a range of stakeholders – clients, brokers, assessors, Real Estate Agents, and our internal Relationship Management team.

Staying up to date with compliance, legislation, and industry changes.

Taking ownership of claims outcomes while providing exceptional customer service.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in insurance and claims, highly regarded.

Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
