Join a leading national insurance company in this newly created role as a property claims specialist.

What you will be doing:

Assess, investigate and manage a portfolio of property insurance claims (from smaller losses to large and complex defined events)

Gather and compile necessary documentation to support the claim and determine whether it should be paid out or not

Identify potential fraudulent claims and take appropriate action

Build and manage strong relationships with clients, legal entities, assessors and repairers to help process claims, reduce claim costs and ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner

Understand the ins and outs of the policy and demonstrate an understanding of legislative requirements

Work with team members and clients to ensure the best possible outcomes are being achieved for all parties involved

Build strong internal and external relationships and advocate for a customer-first working environment

What you will bring:

Solid property claims experience ( home, contents, landlord etc)

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Tier 2 qualification (preferred)
