Minimum requirements a successful candidate will possess are:

Travel to Melbourne CBD and surrounds

Willing to work on rotating roster

Ability to cover ADHOC shifts

Certificate II in Security Operations

Valid Security License & First Aid Certificate

Able to remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively

Ability to work with Nexar Group 20+ hours per week ongoing. We are not looking for casual employees.

Ability to work across 4 to 7 days per week shift lengths of min 4hrs - max 12hrs

Can travel for work

Crowd Control Experience & Customer Service

Multiple Roles and Positions available.

Locations - Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne and Surrounds

Roles - Corporate/Universities, Control Room, Retail LPO.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Ability to support Nexar Group with 20+ hours per week across 4 to 7 day roster.

Will be good with Customers and Clients

Liaising with police and emergency response services when necessary

Be able to verbally de-escalate any situation

Risk identification and issue resolution

Adaptable to any situations that arise

Be able to deter theft and report missing assets

Work autonomously and in a group

You will have:

Good customer and client service skills

Good written and verbal communication

Reporting ability to supervisor

Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a collaborative way.

Demonstrated ability to apply ethical standards to decisions made on a day to day basis.

Physical capacity to perform the duties of the position including Static & Roving roles

Current First Aid certificate

Intermediate computer skills.

Excellent communication skills a must.

Have an employee WWCC card or willing to apply.

NPC check or willing to attain.

Minimum requirements a successful candidate will possess are:

Certificate II in Security Operations

Valid Security License & First Aid Certificate

Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia

Ability to work days and/or nights

Ability to perform static duties from 4-12 hour shifts.
