We are currently seeking experienced Security Guards to join our team across Frankston, Epping, and Berwick Areas.

The Role

We are looking for security professionals with proven experience in:

• Patient watch and psychiatric/mental health wards

• Shopping centre security

• De-escalating conflicts and handling intense situations calmly

• Static guarding (retail, construction, gatehouse)

• Concierge and customer service roles

• Event security and crowd management

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and patrolling to ensure safety of staff, patients, and visitors

• Managing access control and visitor flow

• De-escalating aggressive or high-pressure situations professionally

• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining authority

• Writing accurate incident reports and logs

• Responding quickly and appropriately to emergencies

Requirements

• A current Victorian Security Licence and Working with Children Check (employee)

• A current First Aid Certificate and CPR

• Demonstrated experience in patient watch / psych wards / shopping centre security

• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills

• Full working rights in Australia

• Reliable transport (some sites not accessible by public transport)

• Professional presentation, reliability, and excellent communication skills

Highly regarded (but not essential):

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

• Mental health / hospital security training

• Supervisory or team leader experience
