Part time / Casual Front Desk Staff – Motel/Hotel x 2

We’re looking for two friendly and reliable people to join our team as Front Desk team working 2 days per week.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and smooth experience from check‑in to check‑out.

What we’re looking for

Excellent English language and communication skills

A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Basic computer skills (experience with booking system Update247 a plus)

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster

What you’ll do

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out

Handle bookings and phone/email enquiries

Support with basic administration and payments

Provide local information and help ensure guests enjoy their stay

Assist the team with light daily tasks when needed
