Employment type: Casual/Part Time (2 days per week Tuesday and Fridays)
Ordinary hours of work: 9am-5pm Tuesday and Friday for 6 Months (October 25 to March 26).

Primary Purpose of Role
The primary purpose of the Receptionist role is to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including maintaining a high standard of office presentation. Reception/Front Desk duties is the other main function of this role. Attention to detail, time management, exceptional customer service skills are a must.
What we are looking for
1+ years’ experience within the Flexible Workspace environment, office administration/reception or hospitality.
The ability to juggle competing priorities whilst remaining solutions focused.
Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously or part of a small team

The primary duties of the role include:
Daily Operations
Set up and pack down of the office each day
Reception/Front Desk Duties
Maintain kitchens throughout the day - dishwashers, coffee machines
Respond to emails from members in a timely manner.
Act as main point of contact for members with regards to escalations.
Managing relationships with contractors including building practitioners, IT professionals, vendors and others as needed
Facilities Management
Ensure that the office is fully operational.
Resolve all maintenance issues by reporting to Support Team, arranging quotes, liaising with contractors, and scheduling required maintenance work.
Co-ordinate workload of your team, Associates, day cleaners and night cleaners to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Monitor par levels of all inventories to make sure the office is appropriately stocked.
Monitor tidiness of all areas in order to maintain expected standards.
Member Experience
Greet guests from the front desk, when necessary, consistently delivering excellent customer service
Act as main point of contact for all members
Manage member issues and resolve conflicts in the space to ensure a cohesive community. Escalation of conflict as required.
Work Health and Safety
Conduct and maintain safe work practices by enduring WHS standards are always adhered.
