Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design of residential buildings (timber, steel, and concrete/masonry structures)

Develop high-quality structural designs and documentation across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments

Conduct site inspections and assessments as required

Collaborate with architects and builders to deliver practical solutions

Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards

Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and budgeting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

3–5 years of local experience in structural engineering, with a focus on residential and commercial projects (civil design experience is a bonus)

Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (e.g., Structural Toolkit, SpaceGass, RAPT, RAMConcept, ETABS; Revit experience is a plus)

Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
