Local portfolio of commercial mid-rise buildings required

POSITION AVAILABLE:

Senior Structural Engineer

7+ years experience in Melbourne

$125K - $150K package

PE Vic/CPEng required

Strong project management skills

Confident meeting clients

Excellent concrete framing exp

Must know the local construction scene

Citizenship required

Bid&tender, financial reporting, P&L exp highly beneficial

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

Demonstrated experience delivering mid-rise concrete framed buildings

Concrete design&analysis, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept skills

Documentation, project management, design review skills

Comfortable on site / resolving RFI’s

Experience building & maintaining client relationships

Excellent communication skills, a desire to learn and work as a team
