Company Description: Ag-Crete manufactures precast concrete products for the agricultural and civil industries. Business started in the early 2000s, with user-friendly and long-lasting stock troughs, bunker & retaining walls, and infrastructure products.

Role Description: Work with a variety of customers, including farmers, farm supplies stores and commercial/industrial businesses, to listen to their needs and make product recommendations that will suit them best.

This involves providing brochures, install instructions, layout diagrams, along with price quotations. Knowledge of CAD programs and Sketchup is beneficial.

You would need:

• Excellent listening & communication skills

• Good computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook

• Ability to learn basic accounts program and CAD drawing technique

• Numerically conversant

• Confident & enthusiastic

• Well organised

• Ability to work as part of a team

• History in sales beneficial but not essential

• Proficient in the English language including spelling

• Technically competent

• Act with reliability, honesty and integrity at all times

• Creative problem solver

• Clean, neat & tidy in dress & work habits

• Good sense of humour

Full time attendance preferred, or minimum 4 days per week.
