The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about machinery, enjoy helping people find the right tools for the job, and want to be part of a positive, knowledgeable, and close-knit team—this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs
Deliver knowledgeable advice and hands-on product demonstrations
Maintain a well-presented showroom and manage stock levels
Process sales transactions and assist with general administrative tasks
Handle inbound customer enquiries and requests via telephone, email and in person
Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
Collaborate with workshop and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What We’re Looking For
Proven retail sales experience, ideally within machinery, tools, automotive, or outdoor equipment industries
Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
A genuine interest in agricultural equipment or outdoor power tools
Ability to quickly learn product features and provide hands-on demos
Computer literacy; experience with Biscount or similar POS software is highly desirable
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
