About the role

Heidelberg Mowers' is seeking an experienced Outdoor Power Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in Heidelberg Heights, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality outdoor power equipment products.

What you'll be doing

Proactively engage with customers, both in-store and over the phone, to understand their needs and recommend the best products to meet their requirements

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the equipment

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain detailed knowledge of our product range, pricing, and the competitive landscape

Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to build long-term relationships

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the outdoor power equipment or hardware industry

Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs with the right solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Passion for providing outstanding customer service

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
