About the role

This is a full-time role with GP HVAC Group based in Keysborough, Victoria. As a Counter Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to assist customers with purchasing gas and HVAC supplies.

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to walk-in and telephone customers

Offer advice and product recommendations to help customers select the right gas and HVAC supplies for their needs

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product offerings

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Contribute to a positive team environment and support your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the gas or HVAC supplies industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to offer technical advice and recommendations

Strong numeracy and cash handling skills

Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A positive, friendly and professional attitude
