About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support our dynamic and growing team. In this newly created role, you will help deliver a consistent and engaging team member experience by managing employment contracts, onboarding, and ensuring the integrity of our HR systems.
This role is varied, fast-paced, and full of learning opportunities. You will work alongside our Head of People and Culture providing general HR administrative support. You will gain exposure to all areas of People & Culture, helping you build a strong generalist skillset in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About You
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in HR administration or a similar coordinator role
Qualifications in Human Resources (essential)
Proficiency in BambooHR and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word required
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
Passion for supporting learning, development, and a positive team experience
Experience in the IT or cybersecurity sector (highly regarded)
Quick to learn new systems and processes
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across the Team Member lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, role changes, and offboarding
Liaise with new hires and coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all documentation
Maintain and update Team Member records; triage and escalate queries in line with Triskele Labs policies and procedures
Coordinate compliance requirements (e.g., Security Clearances, Police Checks, visas)
Assist in planning and delivering team-building events and initiatives
Ensure timely data entry and maintenance of our HRIS (BambooHR), including audits for accuracy and completeness
Help coordinate and maintain calendars for key dates such as anniversaries, probation reviews, and performance check-ins
Assist to track training records and course completions to support Team Member development planning
Assist with process documentation for People & Culture workflows and support continuous improvement efforts
Provide administrative support for ad-hoc People projects (e.g., policy reviews, org structure changes, performance cycle implementation)
Liaise with external training providers and register Team Members for learning events
Coordinate logistics for internal workshops or lunch-and-learns
