We're searching for a People & Culture Administrator who can provide essential administrative support to the P&C team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing HR documentation, and supporting key functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.

The P&C Administrator plays a vital role in supporting both the team and the overall employee experience.

Right now, they're searching for a commercially savvy and strategic People & Culture Administrator to assist in the People & Culture team.

About the role:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and
  • Manage the HRIS system, inputting data related to new hires, terminations, changes in employee status, and other relevant information.
  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and related documentation.
  • Provide back up support to payroll team to relief backlog of inbox and relief to annual leave
  • Ensure that all HR activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best
  • Assist in resolving employee issues by providing guidance or escalating to appropriate HR
  • Provide general administrative support to the P&C department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Experience within HR - Employment contracts Employee Relations
  • Preferably someone from a HR Retail background
  • Very strong administrative skills
  • Experience with using systems: Kronos, Page up and Microsoft Office
