The Opportunity
As a result of one of our amazing team members being seconded to a HR Project until the end of the year, we are now searching for a HR Administrator or Co-ordinator to join our Recruitment team for a 3-month contract.
Based in Docklands opposite southern cross station, you will be responsible for supporting the team managing EnergyAustralia’s recruitment and onboarding.
Our team consists of 5 professionals. Our culture is customer-centric and high energy. You will be a part of a collaborative team who share their experiences and insights, a team that works together and loves what they do!

What you will be doing
You will play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team, providing recruitment administrative and coordination support, including:
- Generation of employment contracts for new hires through PageUp
- Ensure new employee Onboarding is managed appropriately via SuccessFactors
- Coordinate candidate testing, reference checks, and background checks
- Creation of HR Employee files with relevant document and data management
- Manage the Talent Acquisition teams’ email inbox for general recruitment queries
- Liaise with Workplace Relations to ensure contract templates are compliant with policy and kept up to date in PageUp
- Generate and provide basic business reporting
- Maintain and enhance recruitment platforms (PageUp, SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency Keep the Talent Acquisition Lighthouse page current with updated processes, resources, and team communications.
Skills & Experience
- You're a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- You're familiar with working to deadlines, you will have an excellent ability to multitask and a willingness to take on new challenges
- You have outstanding administration and computer system skills, ideally coupled with specific experience with SuccessFactors and/or PageUp
- You have a strong attention to detail and appreciate the need to ensure compliance with our ways of working
- Your positive approach and strong customer service mindset will set you up for success.
