We’re looking for a chef with sniper-level precision in sashimi slicing, an artist’s touch in sushi preparation, and the ability to consistently deliver show-stopping dishes that embody elegance, tradition, and flavour.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare visually striking and high-quality sushi and sashimi dishes with precision and flair

Operate and lead the sushi station, ensuring the highest standards of freshness, hygiene, and consistency

Collaborate with a dynamic team to create extraordinary dining experiences

Mentor and train junior kitchen staff in sushi and sashimi techniques

Provide input into menu development and innovation

Maintain a commitment to quality and calm under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen

Exceptional knife skills and an in-depth understanding of fish handling and Japanese culinary techniques

Passion for Japanese cuisine, especially sushi and sashimi artistry

Strong communication and leadership skills with mentoring experience

A flexible, team-oriented mindset and unwavering commitment to quality

Formal culinary qualifications (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
