We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our brigade.

About You:

Have experience in a similar role being applied for

Experience working in a similar style venue

Comfortable and experienced in the grill and pan sections

A passion for producing excellent food

Have a good understating of food safety principles

Have a desire to progress within your trade

Be a good communicator

A Team Player

Hands on approach with a natural ability to foster beneficial relationships

CDP applicants – minimum 2 year’s experience

Commis Chef applicants – minimum 1 year experience
