We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Organisation Practice Leader OSHC to join our PCYC Queensland Organisation Development Team. This position has the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Queensland (subject to availability). Your New Role

As part of the Practice Leadership Unit, the Organisation Practice Leader will utilise effective and positive change systems to lead a culture of reflective practice to support continuous improvement across programming, practice and relationships with children. A key focus of the role will be to lead on practice development initiatives with the broader OSHC sector, including research projects and content development for sector capability building and advocacy. About You

  • Minimum Degree level qualification in primary school aged education or related discipline with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing, monitoring and maintaining outside school hours care operations in compliance with National Quality Standards and Framework
  • Evidence of being able to influence and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and provide strong leadership in regard to programs and practice
  • Ability to travel across the state as required
  • Current Drivers Licence, eligible to obtain an RDA if required
  • Hold a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check

Please Note: Working with Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
