We’re looking for an experience Inventory Administrator or Administrator to step into a 6-9 temporary assignment (with potential to extend) and play a key role in supporting the Inventory

The Role
As an Inventory Administrator, you’ll provide administrative and coordination support across stock management and reconciliation. Working within an agency model where we own the stock and retail partners sell it, you’ll focus on tracking consignment stock, tracking down displaced inventory, and supporting new product processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor and reconcile stock movements across business accounts and retail partners
• Track and manage consignment stock sitting on retailer premises
• Ensure systems and records are accurate across deliveries, ERP, and websites
• Support new product processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline stock and reporting accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong administration skills (project coordination experience preferred but not essential)
• Experience with inventory, or stock-related administration desirable
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Salesforce, JDE, or similar
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
