Training provided

You will be involved in the end-to-end flow of stock within our busy foodservice / warehouse environment. From overseeing cycle counts and stock reconciliations, to lead our warehouse operations and ensure our inventory is accurate, well-organised, and optimally managed across the supply chain.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records using WMS or ERP systems

• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stocktake

• Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of stock (e.g., FIFO or FEFO)

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management

• Highlight slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock for review

• Process and document damaged, expired, or returned goods

• Daily Out of Stock reports

• Work across all areas of the warehouse - Dry, Chiller, Freezer and Nut room

The successful applicant will have:

Previous experience in a similar inventory management or warehouse operations role.

Understanding of inventory management principles and logistics.

Proactive mindset, someone who identifies problems and solves them before they escalate.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle competing priorities.

Strong IT/system and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Current LF Forklift License
