The Role & Builder

The position would suit a trade qualified Leading Hand / Site Supervisor who has a track record of delivering projects sub $1 Million dollars.

This builder has an excellent reputation building Commercial projects to $20M and require a competent Site Supervisor who can oversee smaller projects in a stand-one capacity and work under a Site Manager on larger projects.

You will have good communication skills to work with repeat business subbies and be a good all-rounder. Your role will include but not limited to:

Reading and interpreting Construction Drawings

Site Set Out

Fortnightly Look-ahead programming

Concrete and steel coordination

Cladding and Finishes knowledge

Enjoy client / stakeholder interaction

Qualifications & Experience

You will be Carpentry trade qualified

You will demonstrate the ability to manage Head Contractor projects from start to finish

A background in either the residential or commercial construction delivering projects from $500k +

Your positive attitude, presentation & communication skills will set you apart from the majority

You will want to work for a recognised business and be prepared to start work straight away
