As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering our day-to-day operations.

The Role

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing and participating in the delivery of reactive repairs and maintenance, minor construction works, and project-based jobs as well as quoting jobs. You’ll coordinate trades, liaise with co-ordinators, clients and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

This is a hybrid role that involves both hands-on building work and on-site supervision, making it ideal for a skilled builder ready to take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a variety of reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor building works on-site

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site

Liaise with clients, service coordinators and provide clear communication on job progress

Ensure compliance with WHS and company safety procedures at all times

Monitor job quality, budgets, and timelines

Maintain accurate records and job documentation

Conduct site assessments and scope works when required

Provide hands-on support as needed across all job types

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Builder / Carpenter / Trade Background

Experience in reactive maintenance, minor works, and small projects

Strong leadership and site supervision skills

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment

Current White Card and valid driver’s licence

Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work

Tech-savvy with the ability to use job management tools and apps, we use SimPro
