This impressive, multi-state operating insurance building, has an opportunity for a talented Site Manager to join their Brisbane division, as they recruit for a full time Construction Manager - complex & major loss commercial insurance repairs.

ABOUT THE COMPANY & POSITION

This insurance builder are an industry leader in the market, with excellent industry relationships, and a highly ambitious team of strong performers.

Reporting to the General Manager, you would be joining their specialised Complex & Major Loss Commercial division, running the Supervising team within Brisbane and surrounding areas, working alongside a highly capable team of experienced building professionals.

Salary $95/hour - 4 month contract. Hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.

ABOUT YOU

We are open to receiving applicants from individuals with prior Construction Management experience, OR from a Senior Site Supervisor from the commercial and major loss insurance building space, looking to take the next step.

Exposure to strata, commercial insurance building, complex & major loss works.

Strong industry relationships preferred - brokers, insurers etc.

Proven longevity in previous roles and committed to joining this company and growing with them long-term.

Ambitious, business minded, well-presented and self-motivated.

Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects and able to pick up new systems quickly.

QBCC Supervisors License + Builders License preferred.

Current drivers license.
