We’re partnering with a leading residential builder experiencing strong growth and looking to bring on an additional Senior Estimator to support their expanding pipeline of custom home and knockdown/rebuild projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estimator who thrives on detail and enjoys the challenge of complex builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender documents and head office requirements
• Estimating across custom homes and knockdown/rebuild projects (not greenfield estates)
• Collaborating closely with the design and drafting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Supporting the transition from Databuild to Buildertrend - Databuild experience needed. Buildertrend desired.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven estimating experience in custom home and knockdown/rebuild projects
• Strong knowledge of Databuild (Buildertrend experience highly valued)
• Familiarity with ArchiCAD workflows (drafting team system)
• Relevant industry qualifications (desirable, not essential)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex estimating tasks
