About the Benefits
This is a pivotal role in a company that respects your expertise and gives you space to lead.
Your total compensation includes:
Competitive salary: from $180,000, based on experience
Company vehicle with reasonable private use
Phone, laptop, and necessary tools of trade
Relocation support for the right candidate
Professional development and mentorship opportunities
A role with genuine impact, autonomy, and visibility
Inclusion in a team that values connection, clarity, and collaboration
Projects spanning rail, local government, wind/solar infrastructure, and more
While the role is based in Toowoomba, travel is occasional and always supported. You'll be empowered to connect locally, build relationships, and represent JWG’s regional capability with confidence.
