The Role

You will support the Site Manager & Foremen in coordinating site activities, managing trades, and ensuring a safe and productive working environment. Your focus will be on helping the project run smoothly, keeping to program, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Daily inductions, toolbox talks
• Assist the Site Manager & Foremen with day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labourers
• Support with deliveries & inspections
• Ensure work is completed safely, to specification, and on schedule
• Monitor site progress and report issues to Site Manager promptly
• Maintain a clean and well organised site

The Person

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand or similar role on large-scale construction sites
• Exposure to multi-residential projects 10 levels+
• Experience with common construction software advantageous (Jobpac, Procore etc)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead by example and promote site safety
• A team player who contributes to a positive, proactive team culture on site
• Committed to learning and developing your career within construction
