We at Blacka Wear Pty Ltd t/a BW Promotions are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing activities on a flexible, part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on skills in digital marketing and social media, and offers the chance to work with an Indigenous-owned business that is thriving in this sector. It's an opportunity that can open many doors and create exciting pathways for growth and experience (approx. 20 hours per month / 5 hours per week).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop campaign strategies aligned to our company's goals.

Execute campaigns across social media, email, website, print, and community channels.

Plan, set up, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

Coordinate and schedule email newsletters.

Report on outcomes with data and insights to guide future campaigns.

Own projects end-to-end — from the first idea, to creative execution, to post-campaign analysis.

Collaborate with our in-house Graphic Designer to deliver campaign assets and co-create innovative campaigns in a collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram).

Expert level proficiency in Facebook and Instagram advertising is required.

Understanding of analytics, ROI, and campaign optimisation.

Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar).

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Role Details:

Part-time: ~5 hours per week (20 hours/month).

Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid).

Hourly rate: $35/hr (depending on experience).

Australian work rights are required for this position.
