We are looking for an Admin Assistant with social media marketing skills to work casually 3 days per week, Wednesday, Thursday plus one other day 9am-5pm. (8am-4pm during daylight savings AEST)
In this multi-faceted role you will perform general admin duties, work in our service dept and also manage our social media marketing.

Qualifications & experience for the Admin Assistant/Social Media Marketing role:
Skills in Facebook marketing, Google Adwords, Adobe product suite or comparable graphic design app, Canva etc.
Have completed or be in your final year of formal education in Social Media Marketing or a similar course.
Well-presented and well spoken
Excellent MS Office skills specifically Word and Outlook.
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Must be able to work under pressure when required.
Excellent at multi-tasking with a sharp clear mindset.
Process driven individual with methodical and efficient approach to work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a cheerful telephone manner.
You must lead a drug-free lifestyle
Tasks & responsibilities for the Admin Assistant/Social Media Marketing role
Manage social media campaigns and design online marketing content
Create videos and product presentations
Create email marketing campaigns
Process all online and phone orders daily
Create invoices in Xero accounting
Process credit card payments
Liase with customers and ensure their orders are processed smoothly from start to finish.
Assist customers with basic product questions.
Send email responses and quotes/invoices.
Pack daily orders and ship with Australia Post and Startrack couriers
Track shipments to make sure they are received on time.
Calibrate breathalysers for customers (you will be trained for this in-house)
Other ad hoc duties as required.
