About the Role

They're currently seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our Melbourne-based team and play a key role supporting AWS environments across multiple clients. You’ll work with a talented crew of engineers, solve meaningful problems, and learn from some of the best in the business.

This is a hands-on, client-facing support role focused on diagnosing and resolving cloud infrastructure issues, maintaining AWS environments, and improving system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and support requests across AWS environments
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and escalate when needed
• Use monitoring tools to maintain performance and uptime
• Support patching, backups, updates, and environment documentation
• Help customers get the most out of their AWS stack
• Work closely with engineers and clients to drive improvements

Key Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a technical/cloud support role
• Strong hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)
• Comfortable with incident resolution and service desk tools
• Understanding of cloud security best practices
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Bonus: scripting or automation skills (e.g. Python, Bash)
