Office & Customer Service Manager – Adelaide Pool Patrol

A fantastic opportunity exists to join Adelaide Pool Patrol, SA’s largest independent pool maintenance and renovation company.

We are seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Office & Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our retail shop, office, and selection centre at Somerton Park. This is a full-time position (9am–5pm, with some Saturday work required).

We provide full training in chemicals, pool products, and systems—what matters most is your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and keep our operations running smoothly.

Your role will include:

Being the first point of contact: answering phones, managing emails, and welcoming customers in the retail shop.

Managing bookings for our technician team using ServiceM8.

Overseeing invoicing, debt collection, and general office administration.

Supporting sales in-store, including pool water testing and product recommendations.

Coordinating social media and website updates.

Assisting management with small projects and day-to-day tasks.

Maintaining a tidy and professional shop environment.

We’re looking for someone who has:

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Proven experience in an office or admin management role, ideally with retail or customer-facing experience.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Confidence working independently while being a key part of a team.

Availability full-time across summer, including some Saturdays.

Experience in the pool industry is an advantage but not essential—we’ll provide the training you need.
