The Role

As Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of daily on-site operations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of this $10M road project. You’ll coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key duties include:

• Overseeing all civil construction activities on site
• Coordinating labour, plant, and materials to meet milestones
• Ensuring compliance with DTMR specifications and HSE regulations
• Leading toolbox talks and driving a strong safety culture
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager and contributing to project planning

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience supervising road construction projects (ideally $5M+)
• Strong understanding of DTMR standards
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to safety
