Role Opportunity
This is an opportunity to lead the design and delivery of complex civil transport infrastructure projects across Roads, highways, Signals, Drainage and Pavements. You will manage project teams, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
• RPEQ or Chartered Engineer (CPEng)
• 8+ years civil design engineering experience
• • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills

Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead civil design across multiple projects
• Manage and mentor junior engineers
• • Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Liaise with clients, councils, and stakeholders
