The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Supervisor / Foreman will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll act as the key link between project managers, clients, and the site workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising trades, subcontractors, plant, and equipment on site
• Coordinating labour, materials, and deliveries
• Monitoring project schedules and reporting progress to management
• Conducting QA and safety inspections with clients and internal teams
• Supporting subcontractors with technical and logistical guidance
• Solving on-the-spot challenges with practical, effective solutions
• Driving projects to meet time, cost, and quality expectations

What You’ll Need

✔️ Trade Qualification or TAFE Diploma in Construction/Engineering (preferred)

✔️ Construction White Card

✔️ Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in industrial construction

✔️ Proven ability to manage trades and subcontractors on complex projects

✔️ Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code, drawings, and engineering reports

✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and minor projects simultaneously
