This represents a rare opportunity with a well established civil construction company headquartered in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. This company has an excellent reputation in the industry for the high quality service and products they provide. This company is well poised to grow rapidly.

POSITION

Due to internal restructuring, the position of Finance Manager has been created.

Reporting to the Director, this role will involve the following:

• AP, AR, Payroll, BAS, debtor management, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting

• Managing the company and it's related entities' end to end financial function
• Work closely with the external accountants to ensure statutory reporting obligations are met
• Create and implement new systems and processes
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Degree Qualified
• 5+ years experience in a similar role within financial and management reporting
• Exposure to the civil construction or engineering sectors would be desirable but not necessary
• Previous experience implementing new systems and processes
• Experience with Jobpac would be highly desirable but not necessary
• Outstanding communication and presentation
• Strong Financial Acumen
• Full working rights
