The Role:

ASSEMBLE have been engaged to recruit a Site Supervisor for our client who are a small developer builder that specializes in small upmarket townhouse developments (4-5 pack depending on the size of the site).

They have been around for over 15 years and turnover $20m per annum and deliver 6-7 of these projects per year.

This Role is based in Brisbane and is responsible for the supervision of three small townhouses developments (12 townhouses in total across three sites in Albian, Nundah & Stafford). All sites are 10 minutes from each other.

Start date is Mid October.

Remuneration is $150,000 + Super + Fuel Card & Tablet + $10k Bonus for delivering projects

You will be able to run the sites how you would like to and full support from their construction manager and owners.

Must have previous experience supervising townhouse developments and the ability to supervise confidently a few small projects at once.
