Looking for a refreshing change? We at Sheltons are seeking a Tax Manager for our office in Barangaroo, Sydney, Australia.
You will be working with a small team in modern offices in Barangaroo, in a very international environment.
We at Sheltons Accountants & Business Advisers (Sheltons Group) work exclusively with internationally operating businesses.

You will be part of a stimulating environment and would work closely with a great team of wonderful colleagues from other Sheltons’ offices.
Position

Being a small team, your role will likely include a broader range of tasks than you might experience in a large accounting firm. You would of course have close client contact but you would also support our team of accountants with your general business and non-tax knowledge and contacts; we would hope that you could also contribute to the fine-tuning and development of our policies and processes; your input regarding training options and choices for colleagues - and tax-related software - would be appreciated.
As we grow, you would have the opportunity to develop in a more focused area or areas. You will receive considerable training on our systems and procedures from colleagues, and as you master our systems and procedures, we will expect you to be both an advocate of its compliance but also an active contributor to its constant evolution - as we continually learn to become more effective and agile, as would be expected of a dynamic growing international organisation.
