About the Role
Our federal government client is seeking an experienced specialist to deliver training, development, and advisory support in the use of Hume (a Neo4j-based visualisation platform). This role will help build self-service graph analytics capability, support delivery of defined use cases, and provide expert advice to project teams and senior stakeholders.

Security Requirements
You must hold and maintain a current NV1 security clearance to be eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training and development (face-to-face and virtual) to individuals, groups, and a Community of Practice.
• Develop and deliver graph analytics use cases using Hume/Neo4j.
• Provide advisory support on applying graph technologies to business problems.
• Advise senior stakeholders on ongoing use and optimisation of the platform.

Key Skills

• Proven expertise with graph databases, specifically Neo4j (Hume experience highly regarded).
• Strong background in training, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience in graph analytics development and delivery.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
