Our client, a very large, Federal Government Organisation, responsible for foreign policy, relations & trade, are Seeking the experience of a Training Specialist.

Duties of the Training Specialist:

• Deliver presentations and facilitate training to staff and partner agencies.
• Develop innovative, relevant, diversity enabled and culturally sensitive learning solutions for officers, including associated instructional material.
• Undertake continual analysis and review of OTS’ training curricula and existing processes to ensure training aligns with the client.
• Identify security training and capability gaps and assist with development of strategies reducing those through a process of continual monitoring and refining of training to build and enhance security capability.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Management skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, and Organisational skills Required.
• Ability to apply judgement and make sound decisions
• Ability to deliver training
• Knowledge of protective security principles understanding adult learning principles and applying broad range of methods to support training requirements
