At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), our vision is clear: Trusted care, better health for everyone.
CCLHD is looking for motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our Mental Health Assertive Outreach Team (AOT) - a dynamic, community-based team making a real difference in the lives of consumers with complex mental health needs.
Why Join Us?
Be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality, recovery-focused care in the least restrictive setting; the client's own home or nearby community space.
Enjoy a rewarding role supporting adults with complex mental health needs outside of the hospital setting.
Work in a region known for its stunning coastline, relaxed lifestyle, and close-knit community, all just a short drive from Sydney or Newcastle.
About the Roles
We have both permanent full- and part-time roles available.
As an Occupational Therapist with the AOT, you'll:
Deliver targeted, evidence-based interventions to support consumers in achieving their recovery goals.
Provide assertive outreach services to ensure consistent engagement and care continuity.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers to support optimal health outcomes.

You’re a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with clients, families, and service providers.
You hold a recognised Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy with current Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA.
Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants who do not meet this requirement.
