We’re currently hiring two new team members; and are looking for a Paediatric Physiotherapist and an Occupational Therapist (Full Time or Part Time) who’s genuine, grounded, and ready to do meaningful work that makes a real difference.

Whether you're experienced in paediatrics or just starting out, if you're someone who’s all in for your clients and your team, we’ll be all in for you too. We have a comprehensive training program to help no matter the level you’re currently at.

Physiotherapist

Your days will be filled with:

Functional, play-based assessments & goal-driven therapy

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create life-changing care plans

Option to work in homes, schools, and community settings such as hydrotherapy and parks if this is something that interests you

A very varied caseload from babies to young adults in varied areas such as we Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Disability areas of physiotherapy

Supporting families with practical, evidence-based strategies

Sharing your ideas in team planning & case discussions

Contributing to a clinic that values quality over quotas

Learning and support with weekly training and mentoring

Occupational Therapist

Your day to day will include:

Functional and play-based OT assessments and interventions

Supporting emotional regulation, sensory integration, and daily living skills

Working closely with Physio's and Therapy Aides to deliver holistic care

Option to provide support at home, school, and community environments or assistance of our Therapy Aides to oversee your clients in other settings

Coaching families with practical, evidence-informed strategies

Sharing your ideas in collaborative team planning and case reviews

0-100 Training program: We have a comprehensive training program for all new team members with training videos and education to help you succeed in your role with us!

Training and mentoring: Booked into your schedule to create consistency; we currently have Discipline (OT/PT) training sessions and multidisciplinary training weekly with 1:1 mentoring weekly or fortnightly depending on your career level; you'll be assigned a clinical mentor that helps with sessions and mentoring until you feel confident enough to run sessions on your own

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist; or awaiting Registration for New Graduates

Experience or strong interest in paediatrics/disability

Knowledge of the NDIS and a family-centred mindset

Excellent time management and communication skills

A warm, team-first attitude and a drive to keep learning
