Join our team at Eight Willows Retreat, nestled in the heart of the famous Margaret River Region. Situated on 75 acres of natural bushland, our retreat offers stunning lake, forest, and vineyard views, creating an idyllic holiday and wedding destination.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take charge of Front Office Duties and manage reception operations.
Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage guest queries, feedback, and requests, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
Handle phone inquiries, convert them into bookings, and manage room reservation requests via various channels.
Uphold high standards of service delivery and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Conduct front office administrative tasks such as reservations, accounts, and EFT payments.
Essential Skills:
Prior experience in Front Office or Reception roles within a similar environment.
Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS); experience with Siteminder, Little Hotelier or Opera preferred.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Competent with Windows 11 and internet-based applications.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of accounting software, preferably Xero.
Marketing experience with websites, social media and e-mailers.
Additional Information:
Flexibility in roles and willingness to assist across departments when necessary is expected.

Pay rate scale: Award rates paid depending on level of experience with reference to the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020
