We're looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to take a key role on a landmark $150M student accommodation project in the Perth CBD.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing head and subcontractor contracts throughout the project lifecycle

Driving procurement strategies and administering contract packages from award to finalisation

Supporting the Project Manager and Site team with cost forecasting, reporting, and claims management

Ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality objectives

Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

About You

Minimum 5+ years' experience in contract administration or commercial roles within construction

Proven background working on large-scale commercial projects upwards of $80M

Confident across contract law, variations, claims, and cost reporting

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative mindset
