About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Back-of-House (BOH) Inventory Supervisor to lead the operations of one of our high-profile locations in Chatswood. In this role, you'll take ownership of all back-of-house stockroom and inventory operations. From receiving and storing goods to ensuring accurate replenishment on the sales floor, you'll play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly. Leading a small team, you'll maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy, and compliance, ensuring products are always available for customers when they need them.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Control – Oversee stockroom activities, ensure system accuracy, conduct counts/stocktakes, and manage variances or damages.

2. Stockroom Organisation – Maintain a tidy, well-labelled layout, optimise space, and follow company guidelines for storage, rotation (FIFO), and space optimisation.

3. Replenishment Support – Coordinate timely replenishment, prepare stock for peak hours, and assist with launches/campaigns.

4. Reporting & Compliance – Complete daily, weekly reports, escalate discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies, WHS Standards and loss prevention guidelines.

5. Operational Excellence – Align BOH operations with sales priorities, support promotions, and implement efficiency improvements.

6. Team Development – Train, coach, and onboard BOH staff, reinforcing standards and safe practices.

Ability to perform light lifting duties as required for stockroom operations.

Qualifications:

1–2 years' experience in retail stockroom, warehouse, or inventory control (supervisory experience a plus).

Highly organised with great time-management skills and strong attention to detail.

Confident using POS/ERP systems – SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Able to work independently, juggle priorities, and get things done.

Solid understanding of WHS and loss prevention practices.

Strong communicator and team player who enjoys working with others.

Valid work visa required for employment in Australia.
