The Opportunity

Manage an established, well-maintained portfolio with dedicated team support

Enjoy autonomy while working closely with a high-performing, collaborative team

Full-time, Monday to Friday role with flexible work options (1 WFH day after probation)

Your Responsibilities

End-to-end portfolio management of approx. 150 properties

Liaise with VA Support and Office admin.

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinate maintenance and inspections with support from our field agent

Prepare and process Entry & Exit Condition Reports

Manage QCAT documentation and represent clients at hearings when required

What We’re Looking For

Current QLD Real Estate License

2+ years’ experience in property management

Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with excellent communication skills

Reliable car and valid driver’s license
